Just wanted to give some positive feedback.
I just got some excellent customer service from Fayma. I called as I had a problem signing in. It has been a couple of years since I had last used your service and I had forgotten some details. Fayma tried looking for my details while I was on the phone but could not find me, so she asked if I could email her my details.
I am all too aware that in many cases with financial companies, that would be the end of the story. I would email my details and if they ever got back to me it would be a week later.
So I was delighted that, even before I had started to write the email, I got a phone call back from Fayma saying she had found my details. This helped me sign on and complete my order.
Fayma had obviously kept looking for my details even after I had gone off the phone. I know from experience that most people would have forgotten me the moment I hung up.
Please pass this message of thanks to Fayma's boss as I know that few people bother to give positive feedback.
